To the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences:
Why award Chicago the Best Picture award when it's so un-origina? They took a popular broadway play and put it on film in order to cash in on the popularity. If you want to award the film for the fact they did a good job in accomplishing this feat of transfering stage to screen then give the director the award for Best Director, for the most part it was he who is responsible of accomplishing this feat.
I now need to go see The Pianist before I get into why the heck didn't Daniel Day-Lewis win?
