On Saturday, we had a CLT don (of 2001-2002) reunion at my place. Greg, Christine, and Meera traveled into town so we could all be together again. No Cheri, as we've all lost touch with her. Ali and I prepared a trivia game that we played - it was an easy excuse to sit around and talk about the old days. We quickly learnt Meera had a hard time recalling anything. We were also blessed to have with us some non-CLT dons who were lots of fun themselves. We eventually headed to Bomber, where we used our backdoor status to bypass the whole 5 people in line. More drinking ensued and lots of dancing. It just felt so good to be with these kids again. We then headed back to my place for a sleepover, but of course we got into a few snow fights along the way. The sleepover itself was so cute, the four girls slept upstairs (so they could have use of the beds) while us five boys slept on the floor and couches downstairs. After only five hours of sleep, we awoke to have a delicious brunch. I prepared the bacon, Ali did omlettes, and Christine brought the famous french toast souffle.
