After being out of school for a full year now, I am returning...well kind of. Going to audit a class with my favourite prof this term. It's Children's Lit, something I always wished I had taken in school. I can handle reading a childrens book each week - gives me an excuse to read. Our first book is The Water Babies by Charles Kingsley. A line from the back cover reads "Tom, an ill-treated chimney-boy, jumps into a coll stream to clean the soot off himself - and becomes a water baby, cleaner and happier than he has ever been." Sounds like a winner to me. Actually, after reading the first chapter I have a feeling it's going to be a huge metaphor for being baptised. Can't wait!!!
